Describe your journey so far at VerityStream:


I was hired as a Technical Specialist in 2015 as a Contractor and now I am Director, Data Services at VerityStream. It was due to perseverance, hard work, the passion to learn new things and accept challenges every day, I believe I have arrived at the position I currently am in. The journey became enjoyable due to the various people that I interact with and the great work culture that VerityStream offers.


What do you think is important for a candidate to know about career development at VerityStream?


I think the most important thing is to share the vision of making a difference in the HealthCare industry through hard work and the passion for continued learning.


What is the accomplishment you are most proud of (work or non work)?


Building the Data Services San Diego Team from ground up; from 1 person team to 9 people within the span of 3 years.
