• StreamForward: The purpose of the StreamForward Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Team is to drive, inspire, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at HealthStream among its employees, partners, and communities. It does this through awareness & education, recruiting & representation, policy & guidelines, and outreach to communities & industry.
• Events: Sponsors and holds corporate events that engage our workforce, promoting a sense of community as we celebrate the seasons and holidays together.
• Excellence in Action (EIA): Promotes, recognizes, and rewards excellent performance by employees nominated by their peers.
• Sports: Engages employees by offering a range of sports-related activities with which they may participate.
• Green: Inspires, activates, and engages employees to adopt environmentally friendly practices at work and at home.
• Lunch & Learn: Supports our value of continuously improving by hosting informative presentations during a lunch gathering.
• Wellness: Enhances the overall health and well-being of employees.
• Connectivity: Supports the Company’s efforts to engage all of its employees to better "connect" with others across departments and offices.
• StreamingGood: Serves as HealthStream’s Corporate Responsibility program to positively engage with the communities with whom we work and live.
